Riddims Tropicale, the most progressive radioshow on the net as far as I know :P, is back from the Summer break with three amazing guest DJs: DJ Orion and King Louie, who also visited Riddims Tropicale last year, are back back again, together with Shawn Reynolds.
DJ Orion and King Louie are part of Peligrosa crew, a party night and DJ & producer crew in Austin, Texas USA. Both were on their European tour this August, visiting Berlin for a few days.
With them came Shawn Reynaldo (twitter), who was in Berlin as a writer for XLR8, so we invited him to do a set, too. Shawn is on of the founders of Bersa Discos label dedicated to Cumbia. He’s also doing a monthly night in San Francisco called Tormenta Tropical.
Expect a radioshow extraordinairy where genre names are not much of a help anymore.. dive into the world of Tropical riddims.
